Cakes by Helen opened on August 19th of 2000. I grew up being
around cakes, candies and an assortment of sweets, so it's been
a dream come true to have my own business. I have worked in
the bakery and food industry since 1978, so with that experience
and knowledge, it's been a very smooth transition.
Whether it is baking cookies or cupcakes, decorating cakes,
or creating flower arrangements, I really focus on the detail
of what the customer wants. There's nothing more rewarding than
seeing the final results and a pleased client.
I hope that Cakes by Helen can bring you the masterpiece you're
